Addy is a retired professional boxer and also one of our cardio boxing instructors.
Rianna is our general manager at Bare Bones. She has just graduated from The University of Hartford with a bachelors in Criminal Justice. There she started the University's first official boxing club. Rianna has been a part of the Bare Bones community since 2011. You can find her teaching classes or at the front desk helping members with anything they may need. "Your life is your message to the world, make sure it's inspiring."
Juan is our morning cardio boxing instructor and has been with Bare Bones for many years. Stop in to one of his morning classes for a great way to jump start your day.
Antonio is a professional fighter who is available for one on one training as well as instructing some of our evening classes.
Stan is the owner of the gym as well as a USA boxing certified instructor. He oversees our kids boxing program as well as evening sparring and our Rock Steady program.
Lindsay Thompson Jr
Lindsay is a USA Boxing certified coach and cardio boxing instructor. You can find him training our amateur boxers or instructing our adult boxing and Rock Steady classes .
Joan has over 25 years of experience teaching group fitness classes. She has been a certified personal fitness instructor since 2003.
Sal is an amateur boxer and NASM certified personal trainer. He has his associate's degree and is working toward a bachelor's in business. Sal also trains MMA and competes in marathons. He teaches our cardio boxing classes and personal trains members.
In the early 1990’s, Ito became involved as a boxing coach with the Hartford Police Athletic League (PAL), wishing to get unfortunate children off the streets and doing something productive.
Joseph Chip Perez
Chip is a professional boxer with a record of 12-4-2 who is currently signed with Classic Entertainment & Sports. He is available for private instruction as well as teaches some of our evening cardio classes.
Bill has been a part of Bare Bones since 2012 and is now one of our cardio boxing instructors.
Robert "Choco" Perez
Robert began his boxing journey at age 11. He was undefeated by age 15. Robert won the CT State Championship in 1986 as well as the New England Golden Gloves. He was a finalist in the National Golden Gloves. He later became a professional boxer in 1994. Now, Robert teaches our kids boxing classes and personal trains members and amateur fighters.
